Tryout & Registration Info

 

Dates:  Wednesday, May 1 through Friday, May 3 AND Monday, May 6 through Tuesday, May 7

Times: 6-8 PM

Location: Walton High School Softball Field (Raider Mountain)
Who is eligible: Rising 9th – 12th-graders living in the Walton High School District

To register: Complete step 1 of the registration process by completing this Google Form AND complete step 2 by completing the CCSD Athletic Registration located in ParentVUE. 

 

 

*The Google Form is the first step in the registration process. You will also be required to complete the CCSD Athletic Registration in ParentVUE under the “Athletic Registration” tab. 

 

*All NEW players trying out for the Fall 2024 softball season are required to have a sports physical DATED ON OR AFTER 4/1/24 submitted before tryouts (through ParentVUE). The specific forms to be completed and submitted BEFORE tryouts are accessible in ParentVUE. RETURNING players’ physicals from last year will cover them through tryouts, but they will need a new physical dated after 4/1/24 before summer workouts begin. 

 

*Walton Sports Med will NOT be offering a Physical Day this year so please make arrangements to have your required forms (physical exam and medical eligibility forms located in ParentVUE) completed by a medical professional BEFORE tryouts begin on May 1, 2014. All completed forms must be uploaded into ParentVUE and “cleared” by the Walton Athletic Department in order for a player to participate in tryouts.
